What insurance and guarantee do you have?
We provide a 10-year guarantee on the waterproofing layer and have insurance up to SEK 10 million.
Can I have my pets at home during the renovation?
It works great, except during the demolition process due to noise.
Do you clean after the renovation is completed?
We do a rough cleaning after the renovation is completed.
Who do I contact if I have questions or comments during the renovation?
Your appointed project manager.
How and when do I pay for the renovation?
We make a payment plan and payment takes place after each stage.
ROT deduction - how do I proceed?
ROT deduction is a deduction given to private individuals for certain types of work performed in the home. You can get a maximum of up to SEK 50,000 per person in the household per year and a maximum of 30% of the price.
